Vaccination is a big step forward in COVID-19 control, but protective steps after vaccination are still advised. Even though you may not be sick, you may still be able to transmit COVID-19 to those who are unvaccinated. Keep using masks and social distancing after vaccination to control the spread of COVID-19 until more is known. ... See MoreSee Less

Thanks, Kay, for your assistance on yesterday with our first December food distribution. Welcome to the Mississippi SHINE Project❤️!!!

Large family gatherings can easily spread COVID-19. Keep your Thanksgiving safe by keeping it small. Plan to:

• Gather with household members only, or limit guests from outside the home.
• Have an outdoor gathering if possible.
• Keep your indoor gathering well-ventilated by opening windows.
• Keep six feet or more apart, indoors or outdoors.
• Wear a mask as often as you can. Combined with social distancing, it’s very effective at limiting the spread of COVID-19.

We all have much to be thankful for, but our health is one of the most important.
